Random thoughts.
- Happiness is often not correlated with our external circumstances.
- For so many of us, our greatest fear is to be abandoned. To abandon a child is to let the child die. Our fear for being alone is so intense that we would rather be lied to than to admit the truth. Our fear for being alone is so profound that we would rather be mistreated than to admit to ourselves perhaps those we love are far from perfect.
- While moving stuff, I ended up with a rather nasty dual two inch gash below my right bicep (one right below another)… it’s healing quite nicely but it stings in the shower.
- I just farted.
