Minah returned, so I guess I’m back. Also, I think Anastasia is a waste of human life…
Minna! Ogenki desu ka? genki dayo! (Everyone! How are you, I’m fine!) This past week has been fairly up and down, especially with a lot of unexpected problems. Some of which I won’t reveal but tearing an abdominal muscle has been annoying. It will probably be a few days to a week before I can start rehabbing it. Everything else this past week, tanoshikatta yo! Isho kenmei ganbarimasu, Ouenshite ne! Ganbarou! (I enjoyed myself. I’ll continue to work/fight hard, let’s fight! Do our best!)

Meal Seven (10p): Fourteen to sixteen ounce of ground chicken, ground turkey and/or ground beef (mixed in different proportions). After hours (1230a, 3a): Ninety to hundred twenty grams of protein (chicken, beef, fish or drink + fiber)
* Rice cakes and protein supplement pre-and-post workout. * Oatmeal (not cream of wheat) pre-workout and avoiding it post-workout. * Cardio for 30 minutes, low intensity to alleviate pressure on joints.
